upKeeper Solutions AB has been authorized by the CVE Program as a CVE Numbering Authority (CNA). This authorization enables upKeeper Solutions to identify, assign, and publish CVE Identifiers (CVE-IDs) for vulnerabilities related to its products and services. This is a significant milestone for the company in its ongoing efforts to ensure the highest level of cybersecurity for its customers and partners.

CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) is an international, community-based effort with the mission to identify, define, and catalog publicly disclosed cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The CVE Program relies on its partners, including CNAs, to publish CVE Records that communicate consistent descriptions of vulnerabilities. Information technology and cybersecurity professionals use CVE Records to ensure they are discussing the same issue and to coordinate their efforts to prioritize and address vulnerabilities.

As a CNA, upKeeper Solutions will be responsible for assigning CVE-IDs and publishing information on vulnerabilities within the company’s product portfolio. This ensures that all identified vulnerabilities are handled with the utmost transparency and accuracy, helping the company’s customers to respond quickly to potential security risks.

The CVE List, built by CNAs, serves as a critical resource for everyone who works in
information security, to quickly discover and correlate vulnerability information, helping to protect systems against potential attacks. Every CVE Record added to the list is assigned by a CNA.

About the CVE Program
The mission of the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE®) Program is to identify, define, and catalog publicly disclosed cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The program is community-driven and relies on global partners to discover, assign, and publish vulnerabilities to the CVE List. Each record in the catalog enables IT and security professionals to ensure they are addressing the same vulnerability and to effectively coordinate their efforts to protect systems from attacks.
