Here's how upKeeper Instant Privilege Access works
When a user needs to perform a task that requires administrator privileges, access is requested through upKeeper Instant Privilege Access. Requests are processed in accordance with the organization’s predefined policies, which ensure that only approved types of changes can be implemented.
Once the user has been granted access, the elevated privileges are activated for a limited period of time. The user can then perform authorized actions, such as installing an application or making another permitted change to the device.
All actions performed with administrator privileges are logged at the user level. This enables the organization to monitor activities in real time or analyze events retrospectively.
