Region customer meetup 2025

On October 23, we’re inviting the Swedish regions we work with to a full day of shared experiences, discussions, and insightful ideas with peers from other regions. This year, we’re hosting a hybrid event: one upKeeper representative will be on site with each participating region, and all locations will be connected digitally so everyone can talk with one another.

Today’s focus is on the user’s perspective: What does a truly excellent user experience actually entail, and when is a user truly satisfied?

We’re looking forward to a day filled with great conversations and new ideas!
