We are now releasing upKeeper Manager 6.0, a version with several new features that make day-to-day work both faster and easier.<\/p>\n\n
The most noticeable change is a completely redesigned administrator interface, built on Microsoft Blazor and .NET 10. It feels familiar, but is faster and smoother to work with. Among the smaller improvements is the fact that your most recently selected organization is now saved between logins, and that you can switch between dark and light modes as you prefer.<\/p>\n\n
When you create tasks, you can now choose how they will be made available\u2014immediately, on a schedule, or both.<\/p>\n\n
A brand-new feature in version 6.0. Sign Script lets you create tasks using signed PowerShell scripts, providing greater control and security in your scripting workflows. The script file must be signed, and the client computers must trust the certificate used for the signature. <\/p>\n\n
SSO now supports more identity providers, and the configuration has been significantly simplified. A useful new feature is that SSO settings can be detected automatically based on the domain information in an email address. <\/p>\n\n
In addition to the major updates, we\u2019ve made a number of minor improvements that make day-to-day work a little easier:<\/p>\n\n
Version 6.0 requires .NET 10, so make sure you have it installed before upgrading. Also note that a few features from previous versions are not included in 6.0, including Windows Update integration and legacy reports.<\/p>\n\n
